The military can't force millions of uncucked men all over america to pay taxes. The money they will spend to confiscate the taxes will outweigh the tax money not being paid by 100 times.

No case against the income tax has ever been argued successfully in court.
It's there until a sufficient majority vote to elect representatives that decide to repeal the 16th amendment putting in place the income tax.
