I would ordinarily agree with the sentiments you express if you limited voice to one of a multitude of factors which goes into the determinative calculus of probability of ascending but it can't be the only consideration. Imagine someone with the voice of Chris Hemsworth or some other gigachad guy who has a commanding and sonorous voice but also being deformed, retarded, a manlet and autistic. Then restate your case because it seems to me as though you're saying either (1) voice is really important and comparable to other more salient and conspicuously visual characteristics (hair, face morphology, body size, etc.), or (2) that without the right tone and tenor of voice, even the biggest chad will fail with foids. I'm not sure if it is a variant of one of these but I think its more akin to the second postulation.
