Is there a vocie surgery? My voice is awful, I get mocked for it everywhere I go. People have always made fun of me for my voice, saying its weird/annoying. I'm so tired of it. I don't care if the surgery is risky, I would rather be mute than have my terrible voice now.

I don't think you can change your voice through surgery OP. It's not possible maybe you can have voice lessons i dunno for sure.

They can't change it by fucking around with your voice box? I'm fucked then. Sure voice lessons could help but I feel like I'd be at risk of going back to my old shitty voice, especially if I go under or get out of it.

A risk you must take , maybe it could fix the problem. You can't change it completly but you can alter it a bit at least if that's what you want bro.

I've been trying so far but it always goes back to normal slowly. I've been trying to change my voice for years, to the point of having a hard time even using a "normal voice". Another thing I've been mocked for, how much my voice fluctuates between different talking patterns

It is over a high-pitched voicecels.
I was once at an Amphitheater presentation with a speaker who was unable to speak in a voice other than falsetto. He had only falsetto.

My voice is not super high pitched thankfully. I got it tested and I am only slightly higher pitch than the average male. My voice is more annoying because it is nasally. think of kermit the frog, I've been compared to him many times because of my voice.
