I've heard it's good for nerves and nervous system. It's also good for muscles.

My uncle says he's been taking 300mg B1 vitamin every day and the effect has been noticeable for him.

I'm going to Neurobionmaxx and take a pill every day (has B1, B2 and B12).

Hopefully it will help with my disks and also my extremely agitated and on-edge state of mind.

I don't like meat and eat minimal amount of it so it's possible I'm actually deficient.

supplements are good, yes, but you need to actually get it from food sources as well.

I take magnesium as well as D3+K2, it helps with my anxiety & also my energy levels & muscle recovery- so I highly recommend you eat meat, dairy, eggs, or any other good sources.

From what I understand also, B-complex vitamins are linked with energy levels quite a bit.

Because they raise your adrenaline so it makes you think you feel better. It's the same with taking any stimulant, like steroids, viagra or whatever. It raises the adrenaline. My brother took to much creatine supplements and pus started coming out of his back. He blindly thought he couldn't get enough creatine from food because some influencer said so.

Maybe try seafood, poultry, and dairy then?

I know it can smell kinda bad, but that's what seasoning is for & at the end of the day, the nutrients in it are most bioavailable which is needed for mood improvement.

But I can be a bit impulsive at times & "lose my shit," another thing to thank my parents for.

Too much fruit does in fact give everyone anxiety so you're actually right on that one, but it doesn't hurt to eat fruit once a week or so.

I have to agree with you on that one then. I hate the smell of burned, grilled and charred meat, especially the smoke from the grill. It's so toxic to inhale. I can't even go to a barbeque without feeling sick.

Fruit makes you emotional, ever heard of sugar crashes? Worst thing you can do is eat fruit in the morning, you should always eat it in afternoon. It also demineralizes the body if you eat too much of it.

Probably because you grew up with it.
Yes I grew up in the Balkans where me and my relatives would eat grill every summer and sometimes in winter aswell
