Cope NoFap day 1

So it's been 1 day and 3hrs. I thought i post a new thread for every day of my streak, a sort of review for every day. It's been going good tbh. No immediate urges really, except for when i got home from work, i realized i couldn't fap but i didn't get depressed from the feeling. I've noticed that NoFap is way easier on the weekends. When i'm at work or get home from a long day i often want to fap and the only reason for that is because my life kinda sucks since i have to work, so i want to reward myself by masturbating, it's the whole dopamine system. You want to reward yourself after a long day of work. You guys are gonna have to get used to these threads now, but it's only one thread a day. I'll post a new review of day 2 in 24hrs or so.
