I think the issue with all this is that men are biologically wired to like younger women but... I guess for some it goes too far and on top of that they can't control themselves.
I don't really know what the solution is. However I do think that at least in some countries like here in the UK they turn a blind eye to it when it's non-whites and to balance the scales punish whites twice as hard.
