Well, let's look at this critically. Tinder comes out in 2012. Social media sites like facebook did become popular around 2008. HOWEVER, if we look at this graph there are other rapid increases in male virginity. Each of these other spikes in virginity I'm willing to bet corresponds with some other economic recession. Like the one that happened after Desert Storm and the dotcom bubble. If my hunch is correct, then a lot of incels problems could be financial in addition to being physical.

Don't get me wrong, tinder and social media sites definitely play a role in the ever increasing numbers of male virgins, but they seem to only act as an accelerants to a flame. They are only making an underlying condition worse. Just my opinion.
