Yes Batman Returns is an incel centered movie. The penguin is grotesque, animalistic, cruel and sexually perverted because of his ostracization from society right at an early age. Ransay and the Freys are also villains but they are also all ugly, so they are nothing but hated, once again, both in and out-of-universe.

And, of course, the vast majority of the main protagonists (Jon, Daenerys, Arya, Bran, Sansa, etc.) are all good looking, a good part of them very much so, with Tyrion being very much the notable exception and he's morally grey.
