Whenever your bone growth stops, aka puberty ends. After that, no amount of test could change your face structure.

Myth. Testosterone only amplifies already prevalent issues (I.e trt only recedes your hairline if you had the genes for it in the first place).

Up to what age can I change this?

Testosterone can always change your bone structure (Lebron James grew a beard to hide his roid usage for this reason) but the changes won’t be as drastic and they may be disproportionate (ie, you end up with a robbie rotten chin and don’t become any manlier)
