Outside of Moscow, Eastern European capitals are actually very safe and devoid of Muslims. I've felt WAY safer in Prague and Warsaw than Berlin, Brussels and Vienna.

True tbh, I was mostly thinking of Western Europe (and Russia). Been to Tallinn, didn't see one nonwhite in my entire time there. Booze was cheap too. It was a nice trip.
