Recruiters have the hardest job in the world because companies usually only want recruiters because their job openings all have shit pay. So they just don’t do their job because they’re not expected to succeed.

The best recruitment tool is paying a decent wage and putting it in the job description, but instead they leave pay information out, and you find out after three rounds of interviews that the job that requires a Masters and 5yrs experience pays $17/hr.

The “Fight for $15/hr” has been going on for like over a decade now lmao. $15/hr isn’t even worth getting out of bed for anymore, and we still don’t have it. I went to McDick’s yesterday, and my meal was $14.

It’s all a fucking joke. It’s even worse for jobs that are slow to pay raises. My EMT friend can’t buy 3 gallons of gas for an hour’s work, and he deals with violent junkies and gang niggas all day/night. He doesn’t even get to carry a gun like cops do.
