According to NDF, some pro-!S bandits are starting to become active in Deir Ezzor while the (majority) of Arab Sunni tribes are engaging PKK.

Reminder that US not only funds and sponsors the PKK, but also does the same thing for the same Sunni tribes (and the moderate opposition, like pro-AQ HTS and Free Syrian Army). Interesting developments.
