Earlier this month, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unanimously affirmed Dr. Pizza's conviction for attempted child sex enticement.
In April 2019, Dr. Pizza—whose real name is Peter Bright—was caught in an FBI sting operation in which an agent pretended to be a mother offering her two young children for sex. Dr. Pizza was arrested after he met with this undercover agent; condoms were found in his pockets.
In his defense, Dr. Pizza claimed that he had no intention to rape a child but instead sought to engage in "age play". The jury didn't buy it and declared him guilty after a trial in March 2020.
Dr. Pizza appealed. During oral argument in December 2021, his lawyer argued that the district court did not take sufficient care to prevent anti-kink and anti-LGBT bias during jury selection. They also argued that the district court had entered evidence that was "prejudicial, but not probative": exhibits of Dr. Pizza's tweets where he joked about "jailbait".
You can listen to the full argument here:
This month, the Second Circuit sided with federal prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan, and summarily rejected all of Dr. Pizza's arguments in an unsigned opinion. Circuit Judges Gerard E. Lynch, Richard J. Sullivan, and Steven J. Menashi—one Obama appointee, two Trump appointees—all agreed that the district court did not err in its handling of Dr. Pizza's trial.

Before his arrest, Dr. Pizza was a frequent poster on r/IncelTears and often tweeted about his dislike of incels. While r/IncelTears is no longer active, you can still find examples of his Tweets, where he frequently expounded his hateful, far-left, incelophobic viewpoints:
Dr. Pizza, whose wife filed for divorce after his arrest, is now considering whether to request an en banc rehearing by the Second Circuit.
For his actions in this case, this obese soycuck is currently serving a 12-year sentence in a medium-security federal prison in Virginia.
