I'm a fucking idiot. A week or so ago, I went to a homeless shelter to hide from the bully who lives across the hall from me in the apartment complex. I got into a fight with him this summer and he beat me up. Lately, he got pissed and threatened to beat me up again, so I split for a few days.
I now have something to protect myself in self-defense in case he wants to mess me up again, since I now know there's no way I could ever beat him if he wants to fight me again. But fortunately, he's been leaving me alone. Actually, he said that kicking my ass again would a waste of his time and that he only threatened me because he wanted to scare the shit out of me. I think he's drunk on power because he's an old man who knows he can bear up and intimidate a young man. But he made me promise him that I'd watch my smart mouth and I wouldn't give him a reason to beat me up again. That should be the end of it.
I just hate being skinny and weak and an easy target for bullies.
