I wonder what's worse, ugly face or broken back (spondylolisthesis). I heard that shit is hell. Health problems are actually just hellish regardless of how chad you are. Suffering pain trumps suffering depression and shit I think. Life is a nightmare sometimes. Most health problems are permanent too can always be thankful I don't have to suffer pain.

I looked it up, and apparently, he had back pain starting from a surfing accident a yEaR and a half according to Google's AI. According to his manifesto (https://archive.is/7jUsF) he was waking up in the middle of the night screaming because of it. I grew up with a specific physically painful health problem too a kid (although mines were on-and-off rather than prolonged,) and I'd rather have just that than being an incel. You have to remember, being an incel means you can't have the one thing that truly helps you get through life. Having a partner (or being "in love") is reported to make you see 'more colors' and 'feel deeper'
