Has anyone been so tired they don't know what is going on and everything seems weird? I feel like everything is false at the moment and something is going on. Like there is a plan or something.
Derealization, i got this not too long ago, i felt in a constant state of trance and not controling myself.

It happened to my by going to twatter and typing 'incel' on the search and reading the feed.
i dont even have the motivation for work that i used to have. its truly over for me
Sometimes i don't even want to get out ouf bed and just lay there until i die of starvation
