I just heard on the news that now, recruiters (accompanied by police) have been given the right to go into entrances and notify people that they need to report to the military recruitment center. So far, this is limited to a persistent knocking on the door (as I was able to see for myself in the last few days). But I am afraid that in the future they may be given the right to break down doors.
Also these bastards now patrol the streets much more actively. Even special "mobile squads" have been created to catch conscripts.

In other news, Ukraine has a total failure of mobilization plans. One region managed to mobilize only 8% of the conscripts from the plan. This failure apparently influenced the decision to tighten mobilization.
