The one argument I could possibly imagine as to why curries would do better in the UK is the UK has had a very long history of cultural connection with India. Eg. Most British pubs carry Indian dishes like curried chicken, etc.

So if we were to believe that racial attraction/rankings are somewhat culturally mediated, then perhaps Indians would suffer less of a failo in a country where their culture is not entirely the subject of ridicule.

Or like I said - this is just reflecting a high degree of racial loyalty of curry foids for their own men and thus an inflated rate of messaging to Indian men from Indian women.

Keep in mind this is different from the racial data from OKCupid etc. which are "reply rates". This is "who gets messaged first". Perhaps the racial loyalty thing is a bigger factor in dictating who gets messaged first.
