What I'm talking about is the stereotypical story, where a guy approaches a girl, trying to get some degree of romantic action going, but instead of merely getting rejected, he unexpectedly gets sued for harassment or some shit.
That kind of punishment is cruel and makes no sense, even if a women hates ugly males talking to her.
I do understand that there are examples of clear harassment. For example, if the girl says in no uncertain terms that she is not interested, but the guy keeps talking to her about dates and touching her.
I get that some PUAs used to tell red pillers that women "play hard to get", but this kind of mind games works only for attractive males, and only MAYBE. It's true that many times a no means no.
It's fair to say that some cases of harassment allegations are true, but the average sub5 male should not have to worry about being fined or put in jail or some crazy stuff, just by merely trying to get a date/sex with someone.
But is it actually likely for the average incel to get sued just for existing and talking to a girl?
Or is there usually a behavioral component to it? Even for the reported cases in the media, and we just don't get the full story?
Feel free to share some your harassment allegation stories.
If so, what do?
>Some rules for men and women that are clearly fair game, where it's behaviorally clear that no harassment has taken place/undoubtadly no harassment was intended?
>"Just be attractive bro"? Surely that can't be it.
In a free society as in the west, where there is no repercussions for free people to have sex with each other, as long as mutual consent is given, ugly males must be able to have hope through being able to get into contact with women.
