Classic women being unable to pick 1 thing, they want both. Like a bitch being caught in a zombie apocalypse that doesn't know whether to save her smartphone or her life.
They kinda acknowledge certain males, let's call them alphas, have way too much power, and ask the rest of the male population (the betas) to stand up and restrain them.
But betas can't do that anymore because a system exists to punish any uprising, plus laws that enforce abstract equality upon all of us, no matter the real character stats. For the State, Chad is a citizen with the same rights as you and has no privileges and no advantage in life at all.
And women instead of clearly pointing the finger towards powerful males prefer to muddy the waters and blame all men in general for their problems. It's really not a problem women can tackle, I argued many times with feminists about the issue of women's mating preferences and they either deny it or outright state feminism can't fix that or change women's "feelings". It's a garbage incomplete ideology that won't ever be able to govern our lives like fascism or socialism. They are unable to conceive a system where everyone can have a meaningful life. Even with a phD in philosophy they are still women and only care about themselves. We should have ignored them from the start and kicked them out of politics because politics should be about common good, not this egotistical cancer.
