Given how I usually feel I assumed my T levels would be 300 or less but it was 590 ng/dl. Not high, but not low either, and I haven't worked out in a long time either.

Thing is you probably don't have a testosterone problem either if you're horny. It's just bad genes. Plus DHT and your sensitivity to it matters more.

For the most part every other thing was fine, except for vitamin D deficiency and my thyroid being on the verge of hyperthyroidism (skinny framecels, this is your issue) with a TSH of 0.4

Proper nutrition is important, as well as abstaining from certain foods and substances.

Quit smokin, coffee and sugar, no matter whether it's white or brown sugar.

I would not eat many vegetables, tbh.

Fruits in moderation.

Red meat is very important, but fat is even more important.
Not plant "fat". Those are oils.

Animal fats.

Fatty steak, pork belly, eggs, especiallly the egg yolk. Make sure to keep it fluid if you fry it, raw milk and make sure it's got a lot of fat.
Also, you might want to make kefir from raw milk. That is better than ffresh raw milk, as the milk sugar is almost completely digested by the bacteria.
Your body needs animals fats, aka saturated fatty acids to produce hormones.

Also, as a plant based alternative you could eat fresh coconuts every once in a while. But don't overdo it or you will ge diarrhea. LoL

Figure out your daily requirred fat intake by trial and error and check your stool. If you take a shit and basically don't have to wipe, that is a lucky shot and basically ideal.

Abstain from bread entirely. It is bullshit. Of course also eat fish.

Don't overdo proteins. Figure out how much you need when not working out and when working out.
Good sleep is very important in the long run. If you don't do roids or anything like it, then you will need more rest when working out. Don't push yourself. Workouts are basically just stress for your body.

If you watch porn, quit that shit entirely. Not even some scantily clad foids to beat your meat to.

Do not jerk off. So long as you don't watch anything that arouses you, you will not have any problems with wet dreams or so.

No, your balls won't burst. The body reabsorbs old sperm cells over time.

Since you have vitamin D deficiency, go out and get as much sun as you can, regardless of whether you get sunburn or not.

Also, don't use cremes, sun blockers and alll that shit.

That shit causes skin cancer, not the sunlight. It's a HUGE scam.

You MUST get sunlight in as much as possible. Best to lay in the sun somewhere naked, if you can.

Raw milk or raw cheese is important because of that Vitamin K2 which your body needs to produce Vitamin D.

You can take vitamin D pills as well, during the darker days (winter season) but I have noticed that it isn't the same as sunbathing.

What problem were you looking for by doing these tests? Just to find out your T levels?

Typically you can increase T levels by eating more fat, since sex hormones are created from cholesterol. There's a reason why people are told to eat less fat, and its not because they want people to be more healthy. Sick people generate more money for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare industry.

That said, just because your T levels aren't low doesn't necessarily mean you aren't low testosterone – what matters isn't just how much testosterone you have but also your androgen receptor count (as it's these receptors that bind with testosterone). The issue is that you cannot have your androgen receptor count tested

Derrick Lewis, the heavyweight MMA fighter with the most knockouts in the UFC, claimed to have tested T levels in the 300s, but he obviously isn't unmasculine at all. Likely an example of having low T but a LOT of androgen receptors
