You try to make plans with a friend or group of friends days or even weeks in advance. The day you're supposed to go out and do what it is you planned, they back out.
It's annoying when this happens, but you let it slide because life can understandably get in the way. This happens once or twice.

But it keeps happening, over and over again.

But they'll drop whatever it is they're doing to go out with their other friends or their girlfriends
