I want to try out working out to loose weight aka fat
I currently weigh 120kg @ 6.3ft (fat giant, butter golem, basically shrek but uglier)
I've been jogging for a few weeks now and lost 5kg
How to properly loose weight? Of course you have to eat less and move more but there have to be some tricks to burn the fat
Perhaps one of you guys already did loose a lot of weight and could give me some tips

Its not really gymceling, I just want to loose some weight for my health before I get any disease or bone illness or smth
 
If weight loss is your goal: Eat less and make this permanent.
 
Weight loss is cope. Just try to strongmanmaxx. Just lift as much weight as possible tbh

weight loss is easy, fill up on protein (chicken breast etc), dont put sauces or sugar on anything, drink as much water or low calorie drinks as possible. no junk.

Have patience, I used to do all sorts of weird stuff to lose weight faster (back in my gymcel days). I used to drink lemon-juice without sugar (It helps your liver), it might taste really bad at first but you will get used to it (you can legit vomit if you add to much lemon-juice in your first time). Dont gymcel for girls, you will be dissapointed immeasurably. Always do it for yourself.
 
Limit your carbs and especially your fats

Get 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. It doesn't really matter where you get this protein, but try to find low-carb low-fat sources.

To get a good ballpark estimate for this, figure out your body fat percentage. It's probably around 40%. Once you know your body fat percentage, you can calculate how much of your total weight is fat, then subtract that from your total weight to get your lean body mass.

The conventional advice is to lose 1 pound per week, but since you're obese, you would be better off losing at least three times as much. Find a way to get a 1000-1500 calorie deficit. This should be easy for you since you're obese. You have a high BMR and any activity you do will burn an immense amount of calories.

You will want to use a tracking app like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal to start with, but you will want to wean off them and get a more intuitive understanding of the macronutrients in certain foods. Being a slave to these food-tracking apps is suicide fuel and not something you want to do long-term.

I dont gymcel for girls, I think it's a fun hobby to do and it really clears my mind off the sui and ragefuel I experience on a weekly basis.

Change you diet to SCD, sleep properly and do lots of cardio which include long runs and stuff like that.

I'd say that's a very realistic goal. In fact, I would suggest you try losing those 20kg in 6 months. 12 months is a bit slow.

You should definitely cut out sodas, but I understand how addicting they can be. A short-term fix for you will be to switch to diet soda and other low-calorie soft drinks while you wean off soft drinks in general.
 
Weight loss is easy. The trick is to keep that weight.
I need to protect my low. bmi to get a "rotten report" from the military.

First thing you need to understand is that you have a goal of proteins, carbohydrates and fats to be fulfilled every day. 2 g of protein per kg, 3 g of carbohydrates per kg and 1 g of fat per kg. On the internet, you find foods rich in protein, carbohydrates and fats. Build your diet.

Once your diet is set and you are complying, it is time to go to the gym and lift weights. If you try to lose weight without doing weight training, you will lose all lean mass, and the end result will be very bad. so it is critical that you are doing heavy exercise.

You already have a diet, you are already attending the gym, now we can talk about fat loss.

Firstly, you will have to do 30 minutes of walking fasted every day. Fasting means staying for 7 straight hours without eating. There is no fasting less than 7 hours. Usually, people fast when they sleep, so an alternative is to do the 30-minute walk on waking. Just do your meal after 15 minutes of walking, to force your body to burn even more fat.

If you want to be hardcore, you can set up a diet with only 2 meals a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. That way, you will go fasting 2 times a day, which will allow you to do 2 walks fasting for 30 minutes a day.

That alone will make you lose gigantic amounts of fat every day. But, if you want to lose even more, 30 minutes before starting your walk, you can take 1 capsule of yohimbine. Ioimbine is a medicine sold in manipulation pharmacies, and its main function is to burn stubborn fat, which is the one that does not work at all. But you have to know that yohimbine does not work if your stomach is full. You need to be there 7 hours before eating anything before you take yohimbine, and after taking the capsule, wait 30 minutes before starting the walk.

This protocol I passed you is enough to eliminate fat, but it does not eliminate water. Most of your belly is liquid. And exercise will not make this liquid be eliminated. You will have to adopt a specific protocol to eliminate all this water.

First, reduce your salt intake to the maximum. Salt is the biggest villain when it comes to eliminating water, so if you do not lower salt, it will not do any good. It is not to cut the salt, it is only to decrease a lot.

Once the salt has been decreased, you will take 4 liters of water per day, 6 days a week. This will make you eliminate lots of water via urine. But it is still not enough to eliminate most of the water retained. Therefore, you will take 4 liters of water 6 days a week, and in the 7th, you cut off water consumption. my goal would be to loose 20kg in 6-12 months
i asked this someone else in this thread if its a realistic goal and he said that 20kg in 6 months would be realistic
im not too sure what I want to be after loosing that weight, perhaps build muscle I guess or go even lower to normal weight for my height which is 90kg

overweight men can lose weight much quicker than women from what ive seen on tv
one day you'll 6'3 and jacked, and when you lose a lot of facial fat there might be a good looking bone structure under there too, you never know

we shall see, maybe im really a chad under all this fat lol
ill try to stick to a diet, cutting sugars and carbs and instead increase my running and overall workouts, itll be a fucking hard task to do but I think itll be worth it in the end!

Just do the 20 squats routine and throw in 2 other compunds (deadlift and bench or rows). Do this 3x per week. Keep caloris low (I was on 1800 but your 5 inches taller so you'd probably need 2100)

Worked for me to get from 87kg 25% bodyfat to 78kg 18% in 12 weeks.
