I'm well aware of that. However, it doesn't seem like the intention the guy in the video has considering the retarded ''exercises'' he's doing. The best way to train your masseters is by chewing, preferably tough things.
One side of my jaw is positioned slightly lower than the other and is slightly wider because I chewed on that side alot when I was younger. The muscle there is also much larger. I found an orthodontic study backing this up a while ago but I can't be bothered to find it again.
Unfortunatly the shape of the muscle insertion and the shape of the jaw bone (which are genetic) matter much more in facial aesthetics.
