If you are a 5-7 mentalcel your mental handicaps will hold you back but you wont really suffer the consequences of the failo effect and people will generally be more empathetic-supportive, you might even luck out and find a woman who will be willing to overlook your mental issues.

Where you are really fucked is if you are a 1-4 and have mental issues at the same time. Worst of both worlds, women will be repulsed by you because you are ugly. At the same time you wont be able to cope with career-maxing or finding subhuman friends because nobody wants to hang around a unattractive mental person. You will live your life in complete and utter social isolation and probably rope by 30.
