Jfl.. markets dumped today because of this because it will inevitably lead to higher prices for goods.

My understanding is that Trump's aim is to help american companies by doing this, and in turn it will lead to more employment for the bombed out meth and fentanyl addicts across the american midwest.

But within the next 4 years this will lead to higher prices for goods that we get from Mexico, Canada, and China.
