Trump will not be able to install a merit based immigration system or have mass deportations. You need 60 votes in the senate to do this. I actually agree with the free healthcare thing. The USA has too many irresponsible nigger and hispanic morbidly obese women and too many nigger murderers to make healthcare free. They will just take advantage of the system.
That said, there could be a government run option to healthcare. Meaning that there could be government run healthcare non-profit system that competes with corporations. That would be far better than what we have now and would save lives. The Jew corporations will never allow that though.
There's Medicaid for poor people. Besides a hospital can't turn you away a homeless person can walk in to a hospital for any reason and they have to treat them. If you get a big bill there's tricks like asking for an itemized breakdown that apparently lowers the costs and loopholes like paying a dollar when the bill is do because they have to accept that.

Yeah, but Medicaid is useless and only applies to very low income individuals. An actual publicly run healthcare system for everyone based on payment options (depending on your salary ) would be far more beneficial for low income individuals.
