This needs some more clarity. Does this 600k mean doubling the current amount of visa issued to Chinese students or will other ethnicities receive fewer visas to compensate? I wouldn’t mind if China takes slots from India, but we don’t need our education system being flooded by Chinese people right now, especially when employment out of college is struggling.
