If they get more judges in the court they can just rule in favor of curbing those amendments when we get more federal laws or state laws on gun restrictions/speech restrictions until those amendments are basically non-existent, so they won't actually have to change the constitution itself, but in effect they will have.

Kek, that sounds retarded, but makes sense that they would do that if they could get a way with it. also congress and individual states would still have to pass laws that undermine those amendments in the constitution, it's just that if they're challenged (which they likely would be), when they get to the supreme court, they won't be considered unconstitutional and unenforceable. Assuming biden packs it with activists. So it might take a while before this happens, but it probably will if biden's president, at the very least in states with a liberal local legislature, if not in the whole country
