I definitely would. As brutal as such a deal would seem to normies and regular incels, I think the truly facially hideous truecels here can understand. I would happily suffer all of these injuries and die in five years just to live five years with a normal face. Not even a chad face, just a normie face. I wouldn't care if my dick was burned and non functioning either, as long as my face was finally human looking. Even though I wouldn't be able to have sex and would still be an incel, seeing a face in the mirror that doesn't make me want to rope would be worth it. Five years to live with a normal face and a ruined body is five years that are better than suffering with this face for the rest of my life.

As a bonus condition, I wouldn't even care if I was put on the sex offenders list as the most brutal, Maoist, toddler fucker of all time for no reason without doing anything. I wouldn't care if people were hunting to hurt/kill me every day if my face looked at least average. In fact, I wouldn't care if some cuck or tranny from IncelTears acidfaced me a day after I made the deal because I would still have been able to see what my face looks like in a non asymmetrical and non deformed form at least once before dying, so I'd just kill myself after the acid with the happy image in my mind of a symmetrical and non hideous face... all I ever wanted in life.
