I don't have any problems under the enamel but I do have enamel erosion which causes sensitivity. Even when breathing through your mouth outside the teeth are sensitive.
The tooth at the back of my mouth is so rough it feels like rubbing your finger nail on a rock.
I blame that on using a big tooth brush, tooth brush with a small head cleans the back teeth better.
