It's Over Truecel trait: having a head that is disproportionate to the body

One characteristic of truecel is having a head that is either giant or small in relation to my body.

My head is extremely giant in relation to my body, which makes it even worse because not only is my face a disproportionately deficient size, but my entire head is completely mutant in relation to my body.
