Your day is spent hopping between different apps and websites like Instagram/TikTok/4chan/X and Incel.is (ofc) in order to get a slightly different flavour of dopamine hits. This is done in a carousel all day, when you've drained "pleasure" from one app you switch to the next one and it all goes in a circle. Then when the temptation strikes you go on "different" kinds of websites of course. It's a never ending internet hamster wheel, no real interactions, no going outside, no life.
