When I go to the movies alone, which I do regularly, I always buy the expensive seats where food, i.e., popcorn, is brought to my seat, because I don't feel like standing in line in a crowd where everyone is with friends and family. That would be too embarrassing for me, so as soon as I go in, I walk through the whole crowd and sit down directly in my seat.
