Tried lifting twenty pounds. I feel like shit rn. Vomiting. My body feels weird. I feel like I'm going to die. Never lifting again

Best to start out slow. Drink lots of water, and make sure you eat enough for energy.

I can't gain weight easy. I can eat 5k calories every day and lose two pounds
 
this always happens to me after i stop working out for an elongated period, start having headache, feeling daisy and like vomiting
how does this happen
usually because when the body is deconditionned (because of ldr) it doesnt supply enough oxygen for your cells but after some workout sessions you get more oxygen

Honestly depends. Usually bloating too fast isn't that bad because you can gain muscle quick and are naturally big framed. Just eat a little less and you'll be fine.

Overhead press? Did he use a 20 pound dumbell in each hand or a single 20 pound bar? I can easily rep a 60 pound bar or a 25 pound dumbbell in each hand but even that's not considered that good

Yes but if apetite is hard to control you have to restrict yourself everyday if u wanna stay lean. But i think ur right because ecto would hardly gain muscle despite motivation which is brutal

Is your difficulty with exercise due to your condition or you being underweight? If it’s weight then make sure you include animal protein in your diet, and try eating at calorie maintenance or surplus of 500. And of course stay hydrated
