@gstvtrp to do this thread from a recent thread I did about ftmtf detransitions. In this thread, a series of fucked up females thought they would have the Chad experience if they transitioned. Instead, they a crucial lesson about the black pill. Life fucking sucks as an unattractive man. Upon learning this suicide inducing fact, they went back to their much more privileged lives as unattractive roasties. However, today I would like to talk about something much more important. A subject which is near and dear to all of our hearts, mental health. The purpose of this thread is not to disprove the existence of mental illness, but rather to prove the ineffectiveness of current treatment methods. To examine the destructiveness of modern sickology, I will use the test case of mtftm detransitions.
A recent phenomenon has spread across social media over the past few years. Many "non-binary" people have come forth and admitted that transitioning to the opposite sex was their biggest mistake.
Sickology's current position on transjenners is that, "gender nonconformity is not in itself a mental disorder. The critical element of gender dysphoria is the presence of clinically significant distress associated with the condition"[PDF]. The American Sickiatric Association has even went as far as to change the definition of gender identity disorder - the overwhelming mental anxiety that people get when they want to change genders- to gender dysphoria -a mild discomfort of their current genders- to appease transactivists.
Originally sickology's position was to try and realign people with their birth gender or sexuality. However, this largely fell out of favor due to a number of very public suicides. After much uproar sickology bent itself to pressure and adopted it's current position. Despite these efforts, and ugly truth lies just beneath the surface. A cohort study conducted in Sweden concluded that sexual reassignment patients were several times more likely to kill themselves than the general population. The suicide rate among them is one of the highest of all studied populations. Aside from the religious sentiment espoused in the source from the previous sentence, they get at the heart of the real issue. What's causing transjenner suicide is not discrimination, but severe misdiagnoses from a fucked up mental health industry. My sentiment is that modern sickology is hurting people rather than helping them. More people are DYING because of pseudo-scientific garbage instead of being helped by it. In my opinion, the black pill should espouse to replace sickology with a new more potent neural science, free of gynocentric/cuck bias. The goal of mental health sciences should be to eliminate deviant populations and realign them as close to reality as possible.
