The pretext for these lynchings were often sexual affairs between Black men and White women, in which the Black men were accused of rape.

My point is that liberal moralists do not believe in due process but rush to make judgement, especially with rape accusations, and so are essentially lynchers themselves. It is ironic that they object to a noose.
