Lots of you Americels will ask what makes Toronto different from say, moving to NYC or LA, but we're speaking about Canada versus American cities, two entirely different countries. 50%+ of the land in Canada is owned by the Queen of England (less property rights than the USA), free speech doesn't exist (criticizing a feminist while she is naked around children is considered 'hate speech', and Canada is under agenda 21 where the cities are growing but the remaining rural areas end up like ghost towns.

Furthermore, contrary to the claims of shyster immigration consultants, jobs that pay over minimum wage, even in "world class" cities like Toronto and Montreal are very hard to find.

You will struggle for a job, but the majority of women, including female newcomers will compete for the Top 1% of men in Canada, mostly famous men, wealthy billionaires and a few (((families))) who live in affluent parts of Toronto and Montreal. This leaves you at the bottom end of the dating pyramid, and becoming an escortcel is very costly, and many of the escorts in Toronto have attitudes and treat men like garbage.

There is over a billion Chinese people (The biggest foreign buyers in Vancouver and Vancouver will be majority Chinese population soon) so I think it will take a while for the "bubble to pop" and it might not even be a bubble. In my opinion Vancouver will become like other asian cities were people do not buy houses and the land is so limited people can only afford to live in small units in skyscrapers. Vancouver will no longer be like other regular North American cities it will be like Beijing in Canada.

All the successful and good looking people immigrate to Toronto because its the city where you can become wealthy and successful if you get lucky. Try moving to regina or saskatoon. Increase immigration to over 400,000 a year, lure another 100,000+ foreign students to study in Canada, bring in 50,000 "refugees", force 95% of them to live in the major cities of Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa, and you have my friend, artificial scarcity.

There are way too many people living in Toronto, but the census does not take into consideration the 100,000 foreign students, 150,000 temporary workers, 50,000 refugees and 100,000+ illegals living in the boundaries of Toronto. If the census says 2.8 million, it's likely 3.4 million live within Toronto.

Many apartments in Toronto are worse than shithole apartments in third world countries like Argentina or even The Philippines. Toronto is paying Manhattan prices but living under slum conditions. Fuck that. The women in Toronto alone are terrible!
