Incel tendencies start to flourish in early-to-mid high school age. So anything before that is too early. I would say at 18, you probably have a decent idea.

It's not only height. Face can change for the better or worse. My opinion is: you can be incel as a young guy, definately. But not truecel. Unless you already lost all hair, have some illness like severe acne or have some facial deformity, there is still a tiny drop of hope.
24 I think. Of course if you are possible incel material (short, ugly, aspie, bullied) you start to realize your chances much earlier, but 24 is the point of no return.

There are however legit cases of late bloomers who finish puberty very late and experience a growth spurt in their late teens and early twenties. Keep in mind though that those are outliers and also keep in mind that many Chads were already good looking pretty boys in their early teens while most Incels were never even average looking when younger.

If you won't get laid during teenage years then you are incel. This is the age when femoids become fertile and horny. You are with them in school. If they don't want to have sex with you at this age, then nothing will change after you get older.
