I don't know where you are in the world but any unemployment program, jobcoach, wherever the unemployed go, should be able to help you with the standard CV/application/interview stuff if you're willing to put yourself out there. Might help, but you seem to be more like me where the hard part comes afterwards when you're supposed to be motivated and pretend like you give a shit.
