Cooking sourdough pasta with a side of fried mushrooms/tofu, bottomless cup of Franzia
:feelsLSD:

you cook? i just eat microwaveable meals

Brutal 1 reply pill. What are we eating tonight brocels?

Microwavable meals are nice but taste kinda shitty for the price you pay for them. Also my skinny ass needs like 3000 calories/day so the sodium intake would be insane, and contribute to worse hangovers. If you know good low sodium microwave meals let me know though

I love sodium thats the best part I just eat slop all the time in hopes it kills me, its the only thing i've eaten since childhood or nothing at all usually only one meal a day because I used to only ever be able to afford one meal a day or none. i don't have much of a problem with hangovers.

Salt is gross, it adds nothing to a meal and makes you feel tired and sick if consumed in excess. Ban salt contents proportionally higher than the recommended daily calories if the food were a full meal.

No hangovers DNAmogs me tho :feelsLSD:
post pics
Already ate it:feelscomfy:

You say tonight like we all live in the same country and timezone. We have incels from all over the world. I know users who are living in the UK, US, India, Germany, and Australia :feelshaha:

I just had some leftover chicken with rice about an hour ago :feelsaww:

Cooking simple things is something that you sort of pick up after awhile if you live by yourself for years like I have. This is why I will shove whole chickens/turkeys/roasts in the oven and then come back awhile later when it is done and this way I have leftovers for sandwiches for a few days.

Kind of. I like to eat healthy (most of the time) and get some exercise to stay in shape. I am not the super heavy weight lifting, protein shake chugging, roided up type of gymcel though :feelshaha:

Buying a whole chicken/turkey or a chuck roast and cooking them yourself is one of the most economical things you can buy vs what you get out of it.

Healthmogs me, its a struggle to get enough calories in a day, let alone healthy ones. Do you focus more on cardio or lifting?

Sounds pretty nice. Chicken is quite bland but turkey is very tasty. Meats are scary though, if you undercook them you die of aids

Cardio. I mostly do walking, jogging, and some calisthenics. Nothing too crazy or intense. Just enough to stay fit

Nice. Been trying to do more cardio, best for health. Very incel-coded as opposed to weights though, except calisthenics
