Well, lads the time is slowly approaching.
Wish me luck.
If something happens I am pulling the i dindu nuffin, i dindu nuffin and I can't breathe officer stop violating me rights.
Now seriously... I am going to be interrogated over being caught buying drugs online.

The only thing you should say is "I want to talk to a lawyer"

Brutal.:feelscry:

Good luck. :feelsokman:

I swear I didn't do nothin I'm not a bad guy!

There are huge chances of me getting away with a fine since I have never been involved in any trouble. Clean past and all.

Yeah got caught with just a single capsule of THC oil. Shouldn't be that scary still brutal.

This too and or “I have nothing to say” etc.
I'd have to do some research on this, but he may not even be legally required to go - in which case, there's no way in hell he should be going.

Chances are, if the police want to "question" someone, they don't have enough evidence to make a conviction, and are just fishing for more info. By going, all he can do is hurt himself. They count on people being nervous and "folding" during interrogation

@PPEcel would probably have a concrete answer on this. It does depend on your country though.

Literally say fucking nothing without the presence of your lawyer except for "fifth amendment"

I hope you won't end up in jail like manofvengeance

I got caught 6 months ago, apparently they seized the site not long ago before I got caught, they knew what I was ordering, got interrogated and they let me go. 4 days ago after thinking all that time that I got away with it an officer contacts me telling me that they had found narcotics inside the oil and summoned me to the station.
They told me that if I do not appear then they'd detain me themselves or something like that...
The way I got busted was actually insane straight out of a movie. 4 cops running behind me and one of them showed me his badge jfl.

My advice applies to US/UK/etc type countries, so if you're outside of that, your circumstances may differ

Well hopefully the small amount combined with the fact that I have no charges help. I cannot go to prison, will rope if that happened.

Do you have an idea of what you would be facing in terms of legal consequences? Could you hypothetically get prison time?

CHATGPT told me that the chances are practically 0. The amount of "drugs" I got caught with is basically 1 capsule which in itself is a proof that I had no intent of delivering. Also the fact that I've got no previous charges.

Atleast get a Lawyer so you don't say something to criminalise yourself

Will try to see what happens if the entire thing escalates to court then I'll hire a lawyer.... for now I am praying I get away with a fine...

Don't give them anything, just tell them you want a lawyer.

Don't talk to them the police will try to manipulate you contact a lawyer its much safer

Do not say anything without first consulting an attorney. You should immediately seek legal representation.

You would think more people would be aware of this stuff considering that it's probably one of your most important rights that you have in regards to getting arrested or having to deal with the police in any capacity, but I guess not... Genuinely what is up with that?

You can just ask for a Public Defender. Private lawyers are insanely expensive.

best of luck. like some ppl have been saying just 5th amendment everything

Why do local authorities care about drugs so much ??

Are you allowed to remain silent in your country or is it one of those cucked countries like Britain or Russia or Japan where remaining silent can be used as evidence that you’re guilty because “if you were innocent you would have given an explanation earlier, not waited until your lawyer invented one”.

If you’re allowed to remain silent (like the United States) then do not answer questions AT ALL.

If your country is like Britain and Russia then get a lawyer before the interview and get your lawyer to prepare a statement and give it to the police but still do not answer questions unless your lawyer says you can.

Providing he’s in a country where he has that right. If he’s in Britain or Russia then silence can be used against him. If he’d in America then yes invoke the 5th and stay silent.
