So turns out lots of ladies are not happy being in ICE detention facility. ICE detention facilities used to be less crowded and a bit nicer but thanks to mass deportations, they're shoving people into these camps like sardines. There's been multiple reports of women (I only use this word in this context to prevent confusion) throwing hissy fits because they have to shit and shower in full view of the men there. They don't have enough room or space to make it so everyone can shower with privacy, even gender segregated, so they told the detainees they just have to put up with it. Now, the toilets are not happy and they are HUNGER STRIKING. They think they can die to avoid the nightmare of being watched by sub-8 men but now the Trump Admin will send in the forcedfeeders to forcedfeed them alive.

I've never understood the concept of harming yourself out of protest, be it hunger strike, self immolation or whatever. Like that american soldier who did set himself on fire "for palestine". What could one possible accomplish with this? He didn't change a thing. He will only remembered throu some gore sites, that's it.
