Taller people are more likely to get promoted in anything from civilian jobs to military promotions, since even manlets for some reason, worship taller people. The tall chads had higher chances of being promoted in the military. This meant that the tall chads got to rest in cozy rooms as generals while the manlets had to be sent to actually fight and die in the front lines.
