so, i (18)f am not t1d but my boyfriend is, and recently hes been getting sick OFTEN, hes been t1d for almost 10 years now, so knows how to manage it.. i have emetophobia and so i dont want him in my house when he feels sick. I feel like he comes down ill with diabetes every time hes supposed to be coming to see me (or most times atleast) is it normal for you to be ill once a week/ once every two weeks? because i dont know if hes lying to me or not and is there any way i can help or be supportive?

I don't even know what to say.
