-bench press machine, weight on 5th plate- did 2 sets to failure, set 1 failed around rep 8 and set 2 failed around rep 5
-conventional deadlift 187lb for 5 reps
-sumo deadlift 198lb for 5 reps

wanted to do pec deck and shoulder press as well but the machines were occupied by neurotypicals who were taking fucking ages and i couldnt be fucked waiting for them

my bodyweight is also up to around 135
 
oh and finished with 20lb dumbbell skull crusher to failure

I'm biased towards boxing, but I'd recommend MMA if you have zero experience wrestling.
