pulldowns: 1x5 on 16th setting (like 3 quarters of the stack) then put the weight 1 lower and another set to failure

sumo deadlift 265lb 1x2 failed on 3rd rep

deficit barbell row 110lb 2x10

zercher shrug from the floor 155lb 2x10

barbell curls 65lb 2x10 horsecock cheat reps

dont know on deadlift but i can lift a 105lb speaker box, so prolly at least that
