I've never read/watched The Killing Joke. I should. I liked Nolan's Batman movies though, with Heath Ledger. Phoenix is an actor I'm a fan of, and the Joker is a role that I really would never have guessed he would have been cast as, so I'm pretty interested to see what he'll be like.
