Almost reached 6 hour mark.
I still feel sleepy. Not a big deal, though.Inceldom discussed
Is that more than usual for you, or less?Almost reached 6 hour mark.
Why stay up all night? Now take a nap during the day and stay up all night again
I'm now used to waking up after 6 hours. I do not know why. Since I have been on antidepressant withdrawal for a couple of months now, I've been waking up right after 5 hours of sleep. Now, it seems to occur 5.5 hours later. Is that more than usual for you, or less?
So you have more time to stay on computerWhy stay up all night?
Maybe your sleep will eventually go back to normal. But usually with antidepressants you are supposed to slowly taper the dose down over time so you don’t get a sudden crash withdrawal.I'm now used to waking up after 6 hours. I do not know why. I have tappered down for months. I'm still suffering from withdrawal (restless legs when trying to fall asleep, for instance).Maybe your sleep will eventually go back to normal. What did you take the antidepressant for anyways?I have tappered down for months. I'm still suffering from withdrawal (restless legs when trying to fall asleep, for instance).
