I'm a 21 yo KHHV. My plan is to gymcel for a year so I'm at low body fat while I finish and leave this rot known as university so I can also be away from my parents. Then I'll go to Dr. Sinn (the only well-known surgeon in the USA who does the modified lefort III procedure), Dr. Arnett and Gunson (knows their shit about aesthetics), and Dr. Aharonov (a boss when it comes to eye area filler) and get all of their inputs on what can be improved face wise via plastic surgery.

If I'm not able to improve to the point where I'm at least a 6/10 facially, then I'll most probability KMS at 25.

TYD actually did that. While procedures like a small bit of filler etc won't change your face much, actual osteotomies such as the extreme ones can at times.
